If you are having trouble connecting your eSIM on an iOS or iPhone device there are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Ensure that Data Roaming is enabled for your eSIM.
- Ensure that your device is configured to use your eSIM for Mobile Data.
- Establish a new connection by turning airplane mode on and off or by restarting the device.
- Manually select onto a supported network.
